Menash Zadik
Menash Zadik is a seasoned business professional with 25 years of diverse experience in general business, operations, and real estate. He co-founded Doerly Works after an impactful tenure as a Partner and COO at Elmdale Partners, a prominent real estate platform in the Midwest and Florida. At Elmdale, Menash played a pivotal role in spearheading significant operational transformations, including acquisitions, mergers, investor relations, fund-raising, and successful rebranding. Together with Noel Wiliams, co-founder of Doerly Works, he championed remote work as a competitive advantage, streamlining HR and achieving substantial cost savings on flexible labor solutions. Menash's focus on operational efficiencies translates into enhanced adaptability and resilience for businesses amid the prevailing uncertainty and volatility. Before joining Elmdale, he held the position of Regional President at Invitation Homes, a Blackstone portfolio company, where he oversaw the development of the Midwest operation, managing a vast portfolio of properties valued at over $1 billion between late 2012 and early 2015. Earlier in his career, Menash founded and led a successful real estate company operating in multiple states. Menash started his career at Accenture where he consulted to some of the worlds leading companies on IT and change management issues and honed his business analysis skills.

Noel Williams
Noel Williams is a co-founding partner and CEO of Doerly Works, boasting an impressive 15-year career in operational leadership with expertise in real estate, title insurance, and property and casualty insurance. Her journey began as the Leasing Director for Invitation Homes, a reputable Blackstone portfolio company. There, she skillfully managed a large team of professionals in Illinois and Minnesota, responsible for leasing over 4,000 homes. Later, Noel spent over a decade at Elmdale Partners, reaching the position of Chief Operating Officer for Elmdale's real estate companies. In this role, she and her team achieved significant milestones by developing and executing innovative strategies, policies, and processes across three distinct organizations in different states. Noel's leadership style fosters a collaborative and inclusive work environment, where each team member's contributions are valued and respected. Her passion for growth and adaptability to dynamic business landscapes have been instrumental in driving success in the organizations she has been a part of. Now, as the driving force behind Doerly Works, Noel continues to lead with dedication and purpose. With her extensive expertise and industry knowledge, she guides the organization towards new heights, consistently setting high standards in the markets they serve.

Jenny Kirby, Operations Director at Doerly Works, is known for her transformative initiatives and operational prowess. With over a decade in real estate leadership and education, Jenny brings a unique blend of analytical acumen and interpersonal finesse to drive results and develop collaborative relationships. Under her leadership, she successfully grew three of the top five Century 21 franchises’ Relocation and Leads Divisions, showcasing her strategic vision and dynamic leadership. While working with real estate agents and staff across multiple states, Jenny instilled a culture of accountability and excellence, evidenced by significant increases in agent conversion rates. Her multifaceted growth strategies and process efficiencies consistently yielded remarkable results, including increased profit margin, new revenue streams, and enhanced referral business. Before her venture into real estate, Jenny sharpened her leadership and communication skills as a High School Math Teacher, building an engaging and inclusive learning environment. The opportunity to problem-solve every day, from the subject content to obtaining student buy-in, was a joyful challenge for her. This diverse background generated her enthusiasm for innovative solutions, critical thinking, and mentoring. Christian Restrepo

Christian is the Operations Coordinator at Doerly Works, where he manages internal workflows, improve cross-functional communication, and ensure that daily operations align with organizational goals. Drawing on a diverse professional background, he bring both structure and adaptability to his role—balancing process optimization with a people-centered approach. His work supports seamless collaboration across departments and contributes to the overall efficiency and responsiveness of the team. Prior to joining Doerly Works, Christian worked as a Sales Representative at Family Car Buyers from November 2022 to April 2025, where he assessed client needs, negotiated offers, and maintained accurate CRM documentation. His earlier experience as an Addictions Counselor at Healthcare Alternative Systems, Inc., and a Recovery Coach at Maryville Academy equipped him with exceptional interpersonal, documentation, and case management skills. Additionally, his time as an HR Payroll Coordinator at Casa Central strengthened their attention to detail, regulatory compliance knowledge, and ability to manage confidential information—essential competencies that now enhance his operational oversight. Christian earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago and holds certifications in TEFL and Google UX Design. His multidisciplinary career path has shaped a well-rounded, resilient professional who excels in both systems thinking and human-centered problem-solving. At Doerly Works, he continues to build on this foundation to help teams operate efficiently and collaboratively.
